Fix For: 4.1.0
New version of the santuario library has a supports HKDF derivation function,
which is set as default when Key Agreement method is used for encryption key
derivation.
The integration tests still expect old ConcatKDF as default.
The purpose of this ticket is to synchronize the tests with expected behavior.
