OpenTelemetry put in place some recommendations around names of the spans and 
names of their span attributes and their value. All recapped under the semconv 
project:

For HTTP exchanges, there are dedicated conventions:

[https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/http/http-spans/]

Issue is CXF, since the OpenTelemetry feature, is not following those 
conventions.
