Minimal spring-boot project demonstrates that exception message is not
unmarshalled on the client side.
With spring-boot 2.7, cxf 3.5 and jdk11 exception message is filled.
With spring-boot 2.7, cxf 3.5 and jdk17 exception message is not filled.
With spring-boot 3.2, cxf 4 and jdk17 exception message is not filled.
