Description:
Once Netty 4.2 migration is done (CXF-9031), we should be able to support
HTTP/3 protocol on the server and on the client with new JDK's HTTP client
(coming in JDK-26 [1]), we could consider introducing HTTP/3 support on both
client and server side.
