bitte die issues nicht in blocks oder depends aufnehmen. Demjenigen der die
Issues fixed, nutzt dieser Issue überhaupt nix - man kann nix mit ihm anfangen.
(siehe auch Mail in der Liste). Das würde nur eine unnötige Mailflut erzeugen.
Anstattdessen habe ich eine IssueZilla-Abfrage in das URL-Feld geschrieben die
von Zeit zu Teit aktualisiert werden kann.
