I use Squid and Dansguardian to access web sites. Firefox does access < http://borft.student.utwente.nl/~mike/oo/torrents > and links undernear it, but I cannot use either Firefox or wget (with my proxies) to access < http://borft.student.utwente.nl:6969/ >.
