All the links on the afore mentioned page appear to work. A
I have downloaded the win lang pack from a couple of mirrors and they both have
the same md5 sum
as the bouncer, therefore they system appears to be working correctly.
The bouncer does store the region of the mirrors, but it isn't smart enough to
only send requests to a
particular region.

shows that it is
only getting the builds from one url rather than many. So therefore one mirror
appears to be getting all
the hard work.

thus there is
something up with the seventry not checking the downloads on the other mirrors,
or there is a problem
