It was discovered that reading a parquet file that Drill was not gracefully
handling file where column names that collide due to Drill's case-insensitive
column name matching. The reader is being fixed in another JIRA, but we also
need to make sure that the logic for handling this complexity is consolidated
in the codebase. We also need to decide if we can somehow support reading
files/formats with colliding names and still expose the data to users in an
intuitive manner.
