The ResultSetMetaData object from getMetadata() of a ResultSet is not set up
(getColumnCount() returns zero, and trying to access any other metadata throw
IndexOutOfBoundsException) for a result set with zero rows, at least for one
from DatabaseMetaData.getColumns(...).
