Fix For: 0.9.0
DRILL-2363 adds support for impersonation. This requires the C++ Client library
to allow applications to pass in impersonation information.
For future use, the C++ client should allow any set of user properties to be
passed in that will determine session behaviour. The client library will pass
any properties specified to the drillbit, which will ignore any properties it
does not recognize.
