It would be good to test if the limit0 visitor is only checking for limit 0 in
the outermost query block. Currently, you have the visitor stop if it
encounters one of 5 types of logical rels. I am thinking there are more. In
particular, how does it stop at subquery boundaries.
Regarding TestExampleQueries.testJoin(), does it fail to plan if the planner is
forced in single mode (i.e even if you disable your limit 0 visitor and just
force single mode) ? That test is just testing MergeJoin with False filter and
does not have exchanges.
