Uploaded patch. The default value is changed to 2 based on internal
performance tests on TPCH SF100. Overall query performance improved: 13
queries showed improvement in the range of 1 to 23% and 3 queries showed
degradation in the range of 13%. Tests were also done with threads factor = 3
and 4. While 3 showed improvement, 4 was slightly worse.
