The top menu bar that won't scroll away (to let the user see more of the
requested text) also breaks printing:
At the top of every printed page other than the first, that bar covers the text
(or image content) at the top of the page.
(Also, it doesn't appear at the top of the first printed page--the main place
you'd expect it to appear.)
