The current "Using JDBC" section is not about using Drill's JDBC driver in
general, but is specifically about setting up SQuirreL to use Drill and Drill's
JDBC driver.
Given that, it should be moved to be among the sections for how to use various
tools with Drill's ODBC and JDBC drivers.
(There should be a new "Using JDBC" section that gives common information
(information not specific to particular JDBC client tools) about Drill's JDBC
driver (e.g., which Jar file, class name, form of JDBC URL).)
