Drill interrogates all registered plugins whenever a metadata request such as
show databases is issued, and instead of failing the operation due to a plugin
source is temporarily unavailable, it would be good if a silent bail of the
request existed (it might exist even if I don't know it) so it is not available
at the moment in time, but available once the source is responding.
