Patch that upgrades the Calcite version and adds a unit test for this issue.
Fix for CALCITE-714 was already reviewed. It is available in Calcite 1.4 but
instead of waiting for Drill to rebase to Calcite 1.4, I will be merging the
fix into Drill's forked version.
