I have exactly the same issue. Would love to see it fixed soon as I want to 
query CSV files with lots of columns...

BTW: As a new drill user it took me quite some time to figure out how to export 
data from a select to CSV file and then I ran into this error. I think it would 
be good to document this in the getting started section?!
