Just reflecting a short offline conversation I had with Adrew here. It
looks like we're missing a few MySQL types here (YEAR, ENUM) as well as a
couple of derby types (CLOB, XML). He will be reviewing the docs to make sure
we have full coverage of all of the types in these systems.
