Technically, it's a calcite bug i.e.
[CALCITE-1572|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-1572] which has
been recently fixed in the original Calcite source. Drill, however uses a
specific port of [Calcite by MapR|https://github.com/mapr/incubator-calcite]
and does not include most of the fixes from the original calcite source.
