Description:
1. Display date with time Fragment Profile Major Fragment in Last Update
and Last Progress columns. Date with time won't occupy a much space but will
look friendlier: 18:19:39 -> 03/09/2017 18:19:39

2. Operator metrics display columns should not be in java constant style:
For example: BYTES_SENT -> Bytes Sent
