Description:
Apache Drill is currently on a Drill-specific fork of Calcite-1.4.0 (released
on Sep 2015).
While the fork has been continuously updated with some fixes being ported to
the Calcite project as well, improvements on Calcite in the meanwhile have been
missed out by Drill.
