DRILL-4185: UNION ALL involving empty directory on any side of union …

SchemaLessTable, SchemaLessScan, SchemaLessBatchCreator, SchemaLessBatch
classes are inroduced.
The main idea that empty directory is a Drill (SchemaLess) table.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
