Review comment:
There are multiple SQL extensions that could be introduced in the future as
we have discussed some of them and I believe there could be more. To name a
few, STREAM, implicit table key word, Although Calcite defines several ENUMs,
we chose to inherit DelegatingConformance to customize our own flavor of SQL.
As the class defining what SQL standard/extension(conformance) Drill is
providing. I think it is significant and should be standalone for reference
purpose.
