This PR was on the last master before the last batch commits.
`DrillOperatorTable.java` class contains changes, merged in
https://github.com/apache/drill/pull/1268 (it was merged in this last batch
commit) and perhaps this PR caused merged conflicts in this class.
I'll resolve all merge conflicts once the active review stage comes.
