Hi Paul,
We have "Throttling" documented here: https://drill.apache.org/docs/throttling/
The link you referenced in the Description of this JIRA points to
http://example.com/, which does not have any info. Did you mean to paste a link
to another page?
Please let me know if the info on the Throttling page is not correct and if the
title should be changed to "Admission Control."
