I am not convinced that a user should be able to change the amount of
logging from a client session. A user may cause an excessive logging and bring
Drill cluster down. In addition, an end user may not have access to drillbit
logs, so changing log level is useless. Ability to change log levels must be
granted only to an admin who has access to logback.xml and logs.
