@Agirish @paul-rogers @arina-ielchiieva Is this going to be merged? Or do we
want to make the production enhancements Paul identified first?
I suggest we merge this now, since having a docker image for people to play
with locally is a step forward, and create JIRAs for the production
enhancements Paul pointed out and do them separately. Thoughts?
