Description:
Currently the only one Storage Plugin plugin has Format Plugins -
{{FileSystemPlugin}}.
But Format Plugins can be useful, for exapmle, for {{HiveStoragePlugin -}} it
has Parquet and MapR-DB Json native readers, so Format Plugin configs for
{{HiveStoragePlugin}} could be different than default. It will allow for users
to enable or disable some existed configs there, for example:
{{autoCorrectCorruptDates}} for Parquet or {{allTextMode}} for MapR-DB Json
native readers.
Also some other Storage Plugins can have other own Format Plugins.
