1. Export buttons should not contain export keyword, just format itself.
2. I don't really like how page is organized: you may love plugins division as
you propose but, for example, consider, moving new plugin creation and export
functionality in top of them: on the right half, another to the left.
3. Looks really strange when plugins (active / disabled are wrapped into
canvas).
4. Having three export all plugins also can be re-considered, maybe some better
grouping options.

functionality on the right part (assuming page is divided into two vertically).
