[~vitalii] Thank you very much. I have made all the changes suggested by you
on PR. The conffiles are not needed for deb/rpm build, the file is optional to
add according to deb packaging reference. Hence I did not made any changes
w.r.t. conffiles.
After making changes I did the following,
1. Update the patch with the changes suggested on PR.
2. Build master branch along with patch and generated DEB/RPM package on
Ubuntu/CentOS installed on ARM64 machine.
3. I have also verified the "mvn clean install -DskipTests -Drat.skip=false
-Dlicense.skip=false"
4. Push for review.
