Description:
Upgrade to SqlLine 1.9 once it is released
(https://github.com/julianhyde/sqlline/issues/350).
*TODO:*
1. Add SqlLine properties:
connectInteractionMode: useNPTogetherOrEmpty
showLineNumbers: true
2. Remove nohup support code from sqlline.sh since it is not needed any more
(nohup support wroks without flag):
