Description:
The size difference between *_apache-drill-1.16.0.tar.gz_* and
_*apache-drill-1.17.0.tar.gz*_ is 124 Mb. Purpose of the Jira is to investigate
and try to reduce the difference.
I suspect most of the added size caused by the appearance of the
*aws-java-sdk-bundle-1.11.375.jar* in our dependencies.
