Description:
Update Dockerfile to use built release archive by default for images and
publish images under Apache Docker Hub.
Once Dockerfile is updated, two automated builds will be configured for
commits, pushed into the master branch and for new tags.
Build configs are the following:
||Source Type||Source||Docker Tag||Dockerfile location||Build
Context||Autobuild||Build Caching||
|Branch|master|master|Dockerfile|/|true|true|
|Tag|/^drill-([0-9.]+)$/|{\1}|Dockerfile|/|true|false|

Once Dockerfile is updated, we should ask INFRA to add a hook for publishing
release images automatically one release tag is created. As an example may be
