Description:
Update Calcite.md with the actual information after the latest Calcite update.
It may be modified to contain general points for update and refer to
https://github.com/vvysotskyi/drill-calcite/wiki.
Also there should be point that after Calcite upgrade Wikik should be updated
(contain list of actual custom commits etc).
