Description:
Upgrade Iceberg version and load it using JitPack after Iceberg will support
Parquet 1.11 (https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/pull/708).
Also remove workaround in ExpirationHandler since
https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/issues/181 is resolved.
