Description: DRILL-7825 allows to read Parquet UUID datatype. To adjust it
to human readable format it is need to choose or add an appropriate UDF
function (could be implemented via java.util.UUID). For the cases, where UUID
datatype is known from metadata it necessary to create implicit reader with
