Nick Stenroos-Dam commented on DRILL-7937:
------------------------------------------
Hi [~volodymyr]
So I worked a bit more on reproducing it, and its difficult at best.
First off, the version:
!image-2021-06-01-09-26-49-436.png|width=1242,height=63!
Reproducing this issue is tricky as it only happens sometimes, but when it does
happen it keeps occurring until you restart Drill.
I have attached an sqlline.log where I first reproduce it on "data" (Storage
Plugin for Azure Blob Storage), and then reproduce it on dfs (Local storage),
in both of these attempts to happened after having queried the file 3 times.
However, other times I have been unsuccessful the reproduce the issue at all.
(Ill try some more later)

> On 1.18 I was unable to query files with optional decimal columns, that was
> fixed on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-7919
> However I am still unable to query the linked parquet file, the "big"
> difference here is the amount of data in the file it self. The file contains
> 7 decimal columns with approximately 80.000 rows in a single rowgroup.
