([DRILL-2171](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-2171)),
TestMergeJoinWithSchemaChanges#testMissingAndNewColumns
([DRILL-5612](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-5612)) and removes
redundant throwing SchemaChangeException
([DRILL-2933](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-2933)).
