UPDATE: I added a clone constructor and clone method to the storage plugin
which updates the UserSession. The result is that now, when a storage plugin
instance is created, it gets a UserSession. Then when plugins are retrieved
from cache, it creates a copy with the updated user session. I manually tested
this and it worked. I have to now write UTs.
