## Description
Update AWS SDK to version 2.32.24. Note that Hadoop-S3 still requires the
v1 AWS SDKs. As a result, I had to add an explicit dependency for the V1 SDK
for Hadoop-S3.
## Documentation
No user facing changes.
## Testing
Tested manually against S3 buckets.
