Currently HiveRecordReader reads decimal data in Hive and converts to VarChar.
The reason is: Hive-0.12 doesn't enforce same precision and scale for all
records. Drill may get records with different precision and scale within a
column which Drill can't handle it currently. In Hive-0.13 scale and precision
are enforced for all records in a column. As DRILL-1347 upgrades Hive storage
plugin to work with Hive-0.13, this JIRA is created to track changes to
HiveRecordReader to read Hive decimal data as decimal and not as VarChar.
