Hi, here is what I've done. Just for your information.
# Pick your preferred Apache account name. You can check existing ids here:
http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html
# Download ICLA([https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf]), print it, sign
it, scan it, and email to [email protected]
# Once the file has been recognized, someone will submit your account request.
Once root creates your account, you'll receive another e-mail with instructions
on how to set your password and activate your account.
