* Update manifestEntries. It is recommended that the standard Apache settings
are used (TODO)
* -Update developers to use apache IDs (when known)- (Not needed, since it
is not recommended)
* Update distributionManagement (TODO )
* Consider specifying a maven coordination relocation (TODO, since groupID is
not changed)
