Description:
Apart from the application related configurations, Eagle should give an
interface to add some storm-related configurations, such as `workers`,
`topology.worker.childopts`, `topology.message.timeout.secs`, etc.
Here is my idea, for those configurations which start with 'application.storm',
Eagle will treat these configurations as storm configurations. for example,
'storm.override.workers', then the value of 'workers' are overridden.
