### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/eventmesh/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Question （1）在一个集群里面 topic 是唯一的，如果过是逻辑删除，如何标准唯一 （2）如果删除 订阅，会造成之前的行为记录不存在，不删除。名字方面会造成误解 （3）group 是否有删除操作，管理与运维角色觉得 group 太多，想删除怎么办？ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
