Terence Denzil Monteiro edited comment on FINERACT-601 at 2/6/18 2:11 PM:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

At the moment the workaround is simply to edit the Teller and assign an End
Date in the distant future. This way it becomes possible to create a Cashier
for the Teller. However, since End Date is optional for Teller, it should not
have an issue if Teller End Date is null and some From and To date has been
supplied for new Cashier.

> Create a Teller with From date but no End date. Then fill Cashier for Teller
> form entering some from date and to date. The platform returns 500:"Internal
> Server Error"
> {{exception:"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException"}}
> {{message:"Partial cannot be null"}}
> {{status:500}}
> {{timestamp:1517925605157}}
> To reproduce this, see "Perpetual Teller" in
> [https://demo.openmf.org|https://demo.openmf.org/] which has no end date and
> try to add a cashier with some valid from and to date. Or follow the above
> steps.
