Description: Fineract CN has a Microservice(API) for group management:
[https://github.com/apache/fineract-cn-group]. This service has not been
implemented on the web interface fims:
[https://github.com/apache/fineract-cn-fims-web-app.] This project will begin
by building out a UI within fims and consuming the existing Group API. The next
phase will be to extend the group microservice to include more features which
are needed for full Joint Group Loan Management. The second phase will require
input from the community or replicating the group features in Fineract 1.x
