Mobile field when creating a new customer is accepting all characters in its
field resulting in the mobile number which contains alphabets as well.
Steps to reproduce:
1)Run The app
2)Create a new customer
Expected behavior:
Mobile number field should be restricted to accept only numeric and + character
only.
Observed behavior:
All characters are accepted
