As we are trying logging in continously and there is no response from the
server So, when we try to login there is no toast displayed on login failure.
Our major issue is that in server down case there is no way a user or
contibutor may find the error
Steps to reproduce:
Will Display a message on server down
Expected behavior:
A toast should be displayed when we fail to login in due to server down
Observed behavior:
No clue given as of now that why we are unable to login only a progress is
shown which gets invisible after some time
