In order to eliminate Category X dependencies from Fineract CN repositories,
it's worthwhile moving databases from _MariaDB_ which has an inadmissible
license to _PostgreSQL_ which is Apache-compliant.
This entails writing a core component similar to
[fineract-cn-mariadb|https://github.com/apache/fineract-cn-mariadb] named
_*fineract-cn-postgresql*_ which may use the OpenJPA ORM to replace Hibernate
and use PostgreSQL's PgJDBC driver.
